Wilhelm Delp Styer (22 Juli 1893 – 26 Februari 1975) adalah seorang letnan jenderal dalam Angkatan Darat Amerika Serikat pada Perang Dunia II. Sebagai lulusan United States Military Academy di West Point dengan angkatan tahun 1916, ia ditugaskan dalam United States Army Corps of Engineers dan bertugas dalam Ekspedisi Pancho Villa dan Front Barat. Pada masa antar-perang, ia menerima gelar dalam bidang teknik sipil dari Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Ia menjadi pejabatan eksekutif dan asisten insinyur distrik dari New York Engineer District.

Pada Perang Dunia II, Styer menjadi wakil panglima Divisi pembangunan dalam Quartermaster Corps dan kemudian Corps of Engineers. Pada Maret 1942, ia menjadi kepala staf Services of Supply.
