Kebebasan bergerak, kebebasan mobilitas, atau hak untuk perjalanan adalah sebuah konsep hak asasi manusia yang meliputi hak seseorang untuk pergi dari tempat ke tempat dalam wilayah suatu negara ,^[1] dan meninggalkan negara tersebut dan kembali ke negara tersebut. Hak tersebut tak hanya mengunjungi tempat-tempat, tetapi juga tempat di mana seseorang bermukim atau bekerja.^[1]^[2]
