Gian Gastone de' Medici (Giovanni Battista Gastone; 24 Mei 1671 – 9 Juli 1737) adalah Haryapatih Toscana Medicean ketujuh dan terakhir. Ia adalah putra kedua dari pasangan Haryapatih Cosimo III dan Marguerite Louise d'Orléans.^[1]
