Francis Tresham (ca 1567 – 23 Desember 1605) adalah seorang anggota kelompok Katolik Inggris yang merencanakan Plot Bubuk Mesiu yang gagal pada 1605, sebuah konspirasi untuk membunuh Raja James I dari Inggris. Ia adalah putra sulung dari pasangan Thomas Tresham dan Merial Throckmorton.
